• Custom embroidered items including name tapes
• Uniform accessories including belts, cap devices, and blouses

We strive to accurately display our products, including colors and details. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Product descriptions are provided in good faith but we do not warrant that they are completely accurate, current, or error-free.

Custom and Personalized Items

Due to their custom nature, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom Embroidered Items (Air Force Name Tapes, ABU Enlisted Rank Sew-on, ABU Officer Rank Sew-on, Embroidered Subdued Badges, and other personalized items)

Please double-check all sizing and personalization details before completing your purchase for these items.

Order Process

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies, or errors in product information.

Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Despite our best efforts, occasionally items may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia. By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping address is within our service areas.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s status on the carrier’s website.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
• The return must be requested within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their custom and personalized nature, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom Embroidered Items: Air Force Name Tapes, ABU Enlisted Rank Sew-on, ABU Officer Rank Sew-on, Embroidered Subdued Badges, and other personalized items

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. Do not ship items without an RMA.
3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original condition and mail it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refunds & Credits

After processing your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item as soon as we process your return. Standard or free shipping rates apply to the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologize for the inconvenience and send a replacement at no extra cost.
