All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. We do not ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s status on the carrier’s website.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The return must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their custom and personalized nature, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom Embroidered Items: Air Force Name Tapes, ABU Enlisted Rank Sew-on, ABU Officer Rank Sew-on, Embroidered Subdued Badges, and other personalized items.
Please double-check all sizing and personalization details before completing your purchase for these items.
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. Do not ship items without an RMA.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original condition and mail it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refunds & Credits
Timing: After processing your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item as soon as we process your return. Standard or free shipping rates apply to the new item.
